Congratulations to Adam Schofield who was recently selected to Represent Great Britain Teachers Rugby League Team.
Adam was involved in 2 games in June, the games form part of the RFL's Presidents Cup which is contested between GB Teachers, GB Police, England Universities & UK Armed Forces.
Adam's first game for the GB Teachers Team was made against England Universites.The Universities side prooved too strong and won the game 46-10. It was a tough debut game but a very proud moment for Adam.
In his second game Adam travelled to Rochdales Mayfield Stadium for a game against GB Police. This was a very entertaining encounter and with 5minutes on the clock GB Teachers moved the ball down the line and Adam scored in the corner for the games opening try.The game was end to end and ended with a final score 36-36.
